• Your vehicle information (year, make, model, equipment level, etc.)
• Your lease or finance information for your vehicle
• Any other pertinent information that will assist the LeaseBusters and FinanceBusters team in successfully marketing your leased vehicle

When you retain LeaseBusters to market your vehicle, you’re giving consent for us to disclose the information you provided with any interested party: verbally, on our website, and/or in any marketing media we may choose.

For Vehicle Sales/Vehicle Leases/Vehicle Finance Agreements, we collect:

• Your name, phone number(s), and email address
• Your city of residence and postal code
• A credit card number
• Your banking information
• Your driver’s licence number
• Your driving habit history (type of vehicle, kilometers driven annually etc.)
• Your vehicle information, service history, and any trade-ins
• Your insurance company, policy number, agent, and telephone number
• Your date of birth and/or date of birth of other members of your family
• Your Social Insurance Number
• Your financial and credit information (as specified in the application for credit documents)
• Your loan details - principle amount, interest rate, and repayment schedule

We use that information to provide products and services that you request. Some transactions require confirmation by third parties such as financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, insurance companies, and extended warranty agencies. We will only forward your information to these third parties with your permission.

LeaseBusters has security safeguards in place to ensure your personal information is not used or disclosed inappropriately. Your personal information is kept by us as required during ongoing transactions or as we are required to by tax or other laws.
