1. LeaseBusters Sellers – Individuals or businesses who post a vehicle lease, finance, or loan for transfer or sale.
2. LeaseBusters Buyers – Individuals who use our platform to find a vehicle lease to take over or purchase that want to use our Buyer features and tools (Buyer accounts are optional).
3. LeaseClub Customers – Individuals applying for or entering into a short-term lease agreement through our LeaseClub division.

2. Information We Collect

LeaseBusters Sellers
When you retain LeaseBusters to market your vehicle, we collect the following information to create and manage your listing:

• Your name, phone number(s), and email address
• Your city of residence and postal code
• Vehicle details (year, make, model, trim, features, mileage, etc.)
• Lease or finance details (payments, terms, residual, buyout, etc.)
• Any other relevant information to market your vehicle effectively

By submitting your listing, you consent to LeaseBusters disclosing relevant vehicle and contact information to qualified, interested parties—verbally, through our website, and/or via other marketing channels we may use to promote your listing.

LeaseBusters Buyers
When you register as a Buyer, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Postal code

This information helps us:

• Match you with relevant vehicles in your area
• Facilitate communication between you and registered LeaseBusters Sellers (private individuals or dealers)

By registering, you consent to being contacted by registered Sellers via email, telephone, or SMS for the purpose of discussing vehicles listed on LeaseBusters.com. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7 below).

LeaseClub Customers
For short-term vehicle leases through our LeaseClub division, we collect additional information to assess creditworthiness and complete the lease process:

• Your name, phone number(s), and email address
• Home address (city, province, postal code)
• Credit card information
• Driver’s license number
• Driving history and vehicle preferences
• Insurance details (company, policy number, agent, and telephone number)
• Date of birth (and/or date of birth of other family members if applicable)
• Social Insurance Number (optional; used only to confirm credit identity and verify your credit file)

All sensitive information is securely stored and transmitted using encryption and protected systems compliant with industry standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

LeaseBusters uses your personal information for the following purposes:

• To communicate with you regarding your listing, inquiries, or account
• To connect Buyers and Sellers for potential transactions
• To verify identity and creditworthiness (LeaseClub customers only)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

• Interested Buyers or Sellers as part of the lease transfer or sales process
• Authorized dealership partners and financial institutions involved in lease or finance transactions
